These positions are for Summer 2025. Strong preference will be given to internal candidates.
Kitchen Lead (1 position)
This position is responsible for set-up and service of school lunch meals in an elementary or charter school according to planned menus and is responsible for any records desired by the base kitchen manager.
Transport Cook (2 positions)
This position transports food from OCHS to satellite schools. Assumes responsibility for correctly handling at the time of delivery to satellite schools. Assists in preparation of food at the base kitchen (OCHS). Assists in daily clean up of kitchen and service areas. Assumes responsibility for storage and disposal of returned foods from satellite schools.
Food Serving Assistant (9 positions)
Under the direction of the kitchen lead/manager the food serving assistant will assist in the following areas: some preparation of food serving food sanitation procedures supervision of student workers and quantity control.
Substitute Food Serving Assistant (2 positions) - On call as needed for coverage
3 - 6 hours per day Monday - Friday (June 16 - August 15)
Location will vary depending on need
