Your mission

You as a Senior Renewals Specialist will work closely with UiPath commercial sales BDRs and Channel teams to identify new scaling opportunities within the current customer portfolio while ensuring long-term retention.

What youll do at UiPath

  • Partner with Account and Channel Managers teams to secure timely renewals and minimize churn

  • Proactively address objections or issues that might impact renewal decisions

  • Highlight additional services or features that complement renewal discussions

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities by analyzing customer usage and goals

  • Collaborate with account managers and Distribution. Channel teams to uncover additional revenue streams within existing accounts

  • Deploy tailored sales campaigns to expand product adoption and value for the customers

  • Forecast revenue contributions from existing customer activities and maintain a predictable pipeline

  • Own renewals & installed base up & cross-sell for simpler sales cycles Tiering model to be defined for each region ( T1 25% involvement from AE T2 and T3 accounts minimum to no involvement from AE in renewals management )

  • Responsible for prospecting & pipeline generation for existing customers in alignment with Account Executives

  • Build strong collaboration with Account Managers and other functions to ensure territory iARR and Retention Rate goals attainment

  • Helps coordinate contract components renewal timing etc. on complex renewals

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization. Liaison between multiple functions (DH CS SE Finance Legal).
