JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Co-ordination with Recruitment and WFS Team for maintaining accurate headcount
Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity
Grievance Handling Statutory Compliances and utilizing ACL mechanisms to proactively sense ER issues
HRIS hygiene check and other HR reports including payroll
Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances as applicable
Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
Driving engagement activities including but not limited to Birthday celebration CSR activities weekly engagement fun activities Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
