Having offices in Blackburn Leeds and Manchester this business has a solid foothold in the North West and Yorkshire and are looking for money hungry and driven graduates to join their ever growing sales function. They are keen to enrol individuals maybe like yourself onto their 8 week bespoke sales training programme to kick start your career in sales!
Benefits/What You Get:
Basic salary of 25000... Which is well above average for similar roles in the area
Average commission in year one is 30k but this is uncapped and top earners are making 35k

8 week sales induction training course with all the new starters
This induction sees people progress into their next role within 12-18 months
Senior incentives include days out bonuses additional annual leave and trips to the South of France!

The Role:
Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself the industry and their clients become a market expert
Create a pipeline of new business through proactively calling and delivering exceptional customer service
Call warm leads to create deals (yes warm leads!)
Build rapport with key decision makers to give the ultimate experience
Update the company database and be 100% compliant
Be a strong team player
The Ideal Candidate:
Educated to degree level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious and driven the want to hit targets and progress
Confident - they want outgoing personalities not robots!
The want to become a super successful sales professional
Salary: 25000 uncapped commission (earn 30k in your 1st year top earners 35k)
