Job Description
- Move with speed to prepare accurate investor regulatory and trust manager reports.
- Own it by managing funding requests system inputs and client deliverables with precision.
- Win together by partnering across NAB treasury Legal and Operations to support complex deals.

In the role of Associate Structured Finance Services you will join the Transaction Management Team thats doubling down on owning it.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Support NABs securitisation and trust manager book across reporting payments audit requests and transaction setup.
- Prepare and manage investor/regulatory reports and trustee instructions.
- Use Loan IQ and ABS Suite to process funding events interest fees and repayments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and accurate documentation.
- Manage time-sensitive tasks independently escalating issues early to keep things on track.
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Extensive experience in corporate/institutional banking or operations.
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable working across multiple systems.
- Detail orientated independent and accountable aligned to NABs values.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or related accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ideally experience working with Loan IQ and/or ABS Suites.
