Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist!
Your role:
- Youre a proactive relationship-driven professional who excels at building and nurturing client connections.
- Youll take the lead on managing and booking all incoming charter requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Youll be responsible for tracking performance and generating insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Youll actively bid on new charter opportunities and play a vital role in shaping the future of this fast-growing division.
- Youll have the chance to contribute to special projects becoming an essential part of our charter teams success.
- Youll collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing department to promote new charter services and craft innovative customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
Your profile:
- You deliver outstanding customer service and bring a warm professional presence to every interaction
- Youre both polished and personable able to engage with clients and colleagues alike
- Youre highly organized and able to manage a steady flow of phone inquiries and email correspondence with ease
- You can provide a clear criminal record check
- You stay up to date with local events and community happenings across London and the surrounding areas
- You excel at managing your time and workload even in high-pressure situations
- Your communication skills are strong clear and professional
- You have solid computer proficiency including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Youre confident navigating and engaging on social media platforms
- An understanding of how a transportation company operates is a strong asset
- Youre familiar with the geography of London Middlesex Oxford and Elgin Counties
- Youre available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with some flexibility on start and end times if needed)
Your location
- Youll be based at 573 Admiral Court on the second floor. Please note that candidates must be able to climb stairs multiple times throughout the day as there is no elevator access.
