Rebel Vac Systems a leader in custom commercial vehicle manufacturing is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to build and own the sales operations function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape systems align cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency across the organization. As the connector between Sales and Production this role is central to streamlining execution from quote to delivery.
As Sales Operations Lead you will collaborate closely with the CEO and other leaders to drive process improvements implement scalable systems and eliminate bottlenecks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch solving operational challenges and making a visible impact in a fast-paced environment.
