Job Description

Supervisor Support Services - Lending

Temporary Full Time: Approximately 12-month Term

The Supervisor Support Services - Lending Team will be responsible for leading motivating and coaching team members in loan administration; processing monitoring and completion of documentation as well as providing information to all staff and members on lending products and procedures. This role is charged with the goal of effectively and efficiently managing the development and direction of the support services team to drive the growth of revenue technical productivity and promote high quality member satisfaction.

We are looking for an amazing candidate to join our Leadership Team. We are seeking candidates with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills a strong ability to provide strategic and timely guidance and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to meet organizational goals and support team development. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Coach mentor and manage staff to champion the overall principles of our Model Coach Care culture and digital delivery strategy as it relates to our sales and service environment and standards
  • Provide direction and leadership to staff in the delivery of lending and deposit support services
  • Support the sales delivery and ongoing evaluation of existing programs products and services and the research development and delivery of new products and services
  • Provide Analysis and consulting support to co-workers and management regarding credit union products services policies and procedures
  • Foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with organization and department policies procedures and processes

Qualifications:

  • One year of post-secondary education in a related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Understanding of the regulatory legislative and technical environment that impacts the credit union and the financial industry
  • Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes
  • Are a person that values Accountability Integrity and Respect.
  • Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel Teams Viva Power Automate PowerBI).
