ActewAGL Retails Brand and Marketing team has a unique and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated collaborative and analytical individual with a passion to learn to join our team as our Communications and Content Officer. In this role you will be delivering high quality customer communications using your outstanding writing editing and digital communications skills.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be part of a multi-discipline brand marketing and communications team that includes ActewAGLs external marketing partner. You will play a key role in assisting with the creation and delivery of transactional regulatory and marketing communications to customers through traditional and digital channels.
A key focus of this role is drafting editing and implementing communications copy and materials to suit varied audiences ensuring clear effective communication that aligns with the ActewAGL brand voice and supports marketing plans product programs and sales initiatives with business outcomes and customer satisfaction top-of-mind.
