Job Description

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Head is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment function ensuring operational excellence team efficiency and profitability. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process implementing best practices and driving strategic initiatives to attract and retain top talent. The Recruitment Head will also play a key role in business development client management and optimizing recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead mentor and manage a team of 11 recruiters to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Provide training coaching and guidance to enhance the team s effectiveness and productivity.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards social media referrals and networking.
  • Ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process to meet hiring needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing market insights and recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Continuously analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire cost-per-hire source effectiveness) to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends talent market shifts and recruitment best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in recruitment leadership talent acquisition or HR management.
  • Strong ability to manage and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to hiring and business growth.
