Job Summary:
The Recruitment Head is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment function ensuring operational excellence team efficiency and profitability. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process implementing best practices and driving strategic initiatives to attract and retain top talent. The Recruitment Head will also play a key role in business development client management and optimizing recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of 11 recruiters to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Provide training coaching and guidance to enhance the team s effectiveness and productivity.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards social media referrals and networking.
- Ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process to meet hiring needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing market insights and recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
- Continuously analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire cost-per-hire source effectiveness) to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends talent market shifts and recruitment best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
