Amazon Q for Business is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Directors requiring strong calendar management travel coordination and organizational skills. The role demands a highly professional individual who can handle confidential information work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities while managing various administrative tasks including team events and meetings.
As a business partner to the executives this role encompasses everything from managing complex calendars and travel to maximizing time efficiency and working closely with other EAs within AWS and throughout Amazon.
The position will manage critical meetings in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal EA candidate is organized innovative knowledgeable and forward-thinking when it comes to ensuring smooth operations. The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment as well as attention to detail efficient organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the total picture. Some flex hours may be required.
Key job responsibilities
Proactively manage executives complex calendars with attention to detail and allocation of time to promote productivity re-prioritizing as appropriate.
Travel coordination - domestic and international.
Organize and manage meetings and team events with associated budgets and logistics.
Process expense reports and invoices as needed.
Act as liaison between the executives their directs and associated teams.
Work in partnership with leaders business partners and other EAs to provide seamless support to the executives and their teams.
Understand the business priorities and identify process improvements.
Tracking and driving completion of key deliverables and follow-up on action items.
Support annual planning processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
