Job Description

Are you the type of person who enjoys providing a high-level of customer service Then Spitzer Management in Elyria wants YOU as we continue to build a team of dedicated professionals striving to learn grow and achieve more! The Receptionist will serve guests by greeting welcoming and directing them appropriately answers the phone promptly and assists with administrative tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests and assist them by providing the information needed or directing them accordingly.
  • Answer incoming calls transferring callers to appropriate personnel and taking messages.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate individuals or locations.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as sorting and filing documents printing and sending out reports or checks and data entry.
  • Work with insurance company and dealership managers to process vehicle claims for accidents/damages.
  • Deposit funds to the bank and take any outgoing mail to the Post Office.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow with the stores General Manager.
  • Assemble Profit Sharing packets and quarterly Profit Sharing certificates and send information to the stores or mail to appropriate individuals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
