You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerforms professional technical and administrative work related to managing technical systems (Office 365). Ensures high availability reliability and optimal performance of Office 365 email services and associated business communication applications. Participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures; and ensures that email provisioning and maintenance is consistent with City goals industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Information Security and Compliance Manager and performance is reviewed through conferences system status reports and achievement of goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Programming Computer Science or related field and three (3) years of experience managing Office 365 environments including Exchange Online Microsoft Teams and OneDrive; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. Must pass police background investigation.
Microsoft Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals & Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate certifications are preferred.
