Med-Surg RN Manager-BSN Leadership REQ
LOCATION: Plano TX
SALARY:$84K - $127K $15K SIGN-ONRELO
SHIFT: Nights-46 bed unit 30 - 40 FTEs
REPORTS TO::Director of Medical/Surgical/Trauma
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Manager coordinates and supervises the activities for the unit which supports the safe and efficient delivery of care.
The Manager assists the Department Director in the implementation of Performance Improvement activities hospital policies/procedures quality outcomes and financial management of the Unit.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of recent leadership acute care experience REQUIRED with a minimum of 3-5 years acute care RN staff level experience.
BSN required Masters preferred
