- Engage directly with foster youth to create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and learning.
- Play a leadership role within the team by mentoring Youth Care Worker I staff.
- Be a part of meaningful moments such as leading therapeutic activities teaching routines and promoting proactive behavior strategies.
- Help youth build self-advocacy skills and work toward their personal goals.
