What You Will Get To Do:
- Responsible for billing transactions ensuring that costs billable to appropriate parties are billed correctly and timely
- Prepare and research journal entries for auditing and posting. Reconciles recurring standard accounts
- Prepare and distribute billing reports and spreadsheets
- Enter charges into a billing software program to create administrative invoices
- Communication with operational management teams
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies. Research & resolve problems and/or unusual items
- Participate in internal and external audits and monitor open audit points
- Participate in special projects. Define and implement processes and procedures that the department will use to support new products processes etc.
- Perform variance analysis and report the results
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors degree with 2 years of related experience or High School degree and at least 4 years of related experience
- Intermediate level of Excel Word and Outlook
- Outstanding communication skills
