We now have a great opportunity for a Client Associate to join our team in Sydney!
As the Client Associate you will proactively support the senior team taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure media campaigns run smoothly and to plan. You will build foundational knowledge and gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of media processes.
What your typical day will look like
The Client Associate role with iProspect is a great place to start and forge a career in the media industry. Reporting to the Client Manager and Director this role will enable you to build foundational knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of media planning and buying and exposure to advertising best practices across a variety of verticals to learn on the job.
This includes
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams contributing to effective working relationships with our clients agency partners and media owners
Work with media and creative agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of material and accurate material instructions
Assistance with document preparation including WIPs post analysis final buys contact reports and timeline management
Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements relationships presentations and reporting
A bit about you
An interest and eagerness to learn and understand the entire media and advertising marketplace particularly in traditional media.
A demonstrated business acumen teamed with a knack for data and an ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts as you will be working with data and extracting insights for reporting and identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns.
A basic understanding of Excel PowerPoint and Word.
You are tech savvy and a practical thinker having a natural flair for problem solving.
You are happy collaborating and working within a team environment with strong communication skills.
