Position Summary: The Maintenance Analyst I will provide technical functional andprocedural support to district staff concerning all aspects of the Facilities work order system toensure complete and detailed reporting for the consistent communication and documentation ofwork orders district wide. This person will execute operational tasks and provide clerical supportto ensure daily and cyclical department operations are carried out efficiently (e.g. preparereports process information requests support others in the core functions of the team). Thisperson will support the coordination and execution of various related tasks for several workstreams across the Facilities department and other areas as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or General Education Development certificate/diploma
Experience:
Two (2) years of working in an office environment handling clerical duties
Specialized Knowledge Licenses Etc.:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
