Job Description
Internships / Paid Student Summer Employment:
Lifesteps is currently accepting applications for summer Internships and/or paid summer employment opportunities. Gain valuable work experience in your area of study over the summer.
Seasonal full-time or part-time hours available for the Accounting / Fiscal / Finance department.
Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years. The Agency provides programs and services to help infants children adults and seniors (including individuals with special needs) live life to their fullest potential.
We are recruiting for summer staff to assist the Accounting department with job duties such as:
- Invoice Review and Match Invoices to Work Orders
- Bookkeeping
- Assist with basic auditing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Assist with the annual Inventory Audit by traveling with a seasoned employee to audit inventory items in our 60 locations within Western PA
- Clerical duties as assigned

General Requirements:
- Able to attend orientation in Butler PA on June 3 2025 (or after) and work through August 1 2025 (or later)
- 18 yrs. of age or older
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 FBI clearances and a physical examination/TB if required
