Do you have an excellent understanding of Excel spreadsheets with some Accounting skills Are you seeking a long-term temporary role where you can grow your skills If so this Payment Reconciler position may be right for you!
A local organization is seeking a Payment Reconciler who is available through the end of the year. The ideal candidate will have some basic Accounting experience an intermediate understanding of Excel spreadsheets and a strong attention to detail. Within this role there will be a high volume of work so it is critical that candidates have the ability to multitask and communicate clearly. Flexibility to work both independently and as a team is key.
DUTIES:
- Collect and open mail daily
- Enter and reconcile all payments received daily
- Export data records
- Execute macros in Excel
