About The Job Dudek is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in an environmental health and safety role(s) and will assist the management team in ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental health and safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the items below):
Track metrics and ensure compliance with the Company Client State and Federal requirements.
Manage various client portals with document data and training requirements.
Lead company Safety Committee.
Assist EHS team in tracking client training requirements on client portals and assign training as needed.
Provide safety documentation support for project planning as needed.
Provide support for workers compensation cases.
Assist in EHS program development review and implementation.
Strong understanding of project paperwork and requirements.
Good problem-solving skills in dynamic and evolving safety culture.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in environmental health and safety field.
Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards regulations and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team.
Understanding of Workers Compensation laws.
Basic understanding of Hazard recognition controls and program implementation.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess a valid drivers license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment.
* As a federal contractor successful candidates are required to pass the following pre-employment requirements prior to beginning employment: pre - employment drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA Certifications:
OSHA 510/511
OSHA 30 Hour certification
40 Hour HAZWOPER
Bachelors degree inenvironmental science Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
CHST / OHST or similar.
Physical Requirements Working Conditions:
This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones printers etc.
This job requires occasional project site visits which will be based outdoors and can include excessive noise uneven walking surfaces extreme weather moving vehicles and equipment.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
This job requires working on a computer sitting or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.
This job requires attending meetings both in person and virtually as well as speaking on the phone with peers clients etc. Speaking hearing and listening are required.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Outdoor activity may involve walking/trekking in uneven terrain over long distances in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.

Proposed Salary Range:$105000 - $115000 annually. *Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individuals related experience education certifications skills and work location.
