Are you looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing where no two days are the same
We are working with Kingspan who is looking for multiple Production Operatives to join their busy site. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work can follow technical instructions and wants to be part of a high-performing team.
As a production operative you will be expected to:
Assembling steel frames using hand and power tools
Operating milling and other machinery safely and efficiently
Reading and working from mechanical drawings
Carrying out general production duties on a fast-paced line
Performing regular quality checks
Maintaining a clean safe and organised work area
Collaborating with the team to meet production targets
As a production operative you will need:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Own transport due to locations
A strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Confidence using tools and machinery
Ability to read mechanical drawings
A reliable and hardworking attitude
What is in it for you:
Pay starting at 12.21 per hour increasing to up to 16.47 per hour after probation
- Competitive shift premiums and lots of overtime available
Ongoing full-time work with the potential to go permanent
Various shift patterns:
- Double days - Mon-Fri 6-2/2-10
- 2 shift - 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights
- 3 shift - 12 hours shifts rotating days and nights
