Based in London Hong Kong and Dubai our dedicated team provides specialist advice on construction and engineering disputes around the world. We act for a diverse client base of contractors government bodies public authorities private developers funders and other stakeholders involved in high value construction and engineering work.
You can expect to advise on a broad range of construction disputes including those arising from commercial industrial power transport infrastructure retail hotel and leisure energy and utilities.

• Experience of International Disputes is an advantage but not essential.

• Qualified lawyer with proven and extensive experience in Construction law
• Ability to acquire consolidate and apply fundamental and up-to-date knowledge of the law

• Organised and able to work to strict deadlines with the ability to prioritise realistically

• Clear concise and unambiguous preparation and drafting of relevant documentation
• Conducting legal research using internal and external knowledge management resources
• Assisting in the preparation of legal articles
• Liaison with clients under the supervision of a partner
• Developing own informal internal and external network of contacts
• Building excellent working relationships with clients and peers within SH
• Attending business development and profile raising events (client seminars graduate recruitment activities)
