Salary: OTE 60000 per annum Uncapped

Worth Recruiting is working with a highly successful independent estate agency in the Ashford Greater London (TW15) area seeking an experienced highly professional Lettings Manager.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading and motivating a successful residential lettings team.
- Carrying out valuations listings and securing instructions.
- Driving business growth and delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Promoting creativity and innovation within the team.
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to win new and repeat business.
- Ensuring compliance and professionalism in all areas of agency operations.
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential sales and/or lettings is essential.
- Proven track record in listing / valuations and team leadership.
- Strong sales ability and excellent customer service skills.
- Professional ambitious and well-presented.
- Positive telephone manner and confident communicator.
- Knowledge of Ashford and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred.
