This person will help shape how products are imagined developed and delivered at Asmark Institute ensuring that innovation stays aligned with mission and customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Head of Product include but are not limited to:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals and client needs.
• Own the product roadmap ensuring it supports innovation alignment and long-term growth.
• Lead strategic assessments that clarify direction and accelerate progress.
• Represent Asmarks product leadership owning the product relationship with stakeholders.

Process Ownership & Execution

• Oversee the product roadmap and development lifecycle leading UX/UI and collaborating closely with engineering and cross functional stakeholders.
• Build and refine scalable efficient processes that support clarity and accountability.
• Stay hands-onwilling to get into the details to keep work moving.

Leadership

• In collaboration with Asmark leadership bridge the technical design and business teams with clear and aligned strategic direction.
• Mentor and model high-impact cross-functional leadership across teams.
• Leverage new technologies and data to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
• Lead grow and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

Customer & Market Impact

• Design with deep empathy for ag-sector usersensuring products are reliable and field-ready.
• Align development efforts with Asmarks mission and growth goals.
• Identify and act on opportunities to expand market share and enhance client value.

** This is a full-time in-person position based in Owensboro KY. **

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Proven experience leading product teams in dynamic fast-paced environments with a track record of successful product launches.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices (Agile)
• Expertise in user-centered design principles (UX/UI).
• Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels and across functions.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring success and iterating based on user feedback.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements with a problem-solving mindset and passion for creating user-first products.

Preferred

• Experience working in a software organization undergoing rapid growth or transformation.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and experience aligning teams around quarterly goals.
• Background in startup scale-up or similarly dynamic environments.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
