Position Summary:

Rock Dental Brands is seeking a highly driven Director of Transformation to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and accelerate operational excellence across our fast-growing dental support organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial & Transformation Officer (CFTO) this individual contributor will play a key role in identifying designing and executing high-impact transformation projects that improve scalability efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Very high visibility Unique opportunity to work directly with CFO CEO executive leadership and PE deal team to help double the business. Partner with the CFO to evaluate and design the optimal operating model to support and scale profitable growth of the business. Identify track and report the critical drivers and KPIs of the business.

This is a hands-on role for a transformation professional who thrives in a fast-paced high-growth environment bringing together strategy process improvement digital innovation and change management. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with strong analytical and project management skills and has a passion for unlocking value through operational improvement and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management

  • Drive key transformation initiatives in alignment with the CFTOs roadmap including process optimization automation and digital integration.

  • Define complex problems in a simplified way to help brainstorm ideas and solution.

  • Develop easy to consume models simplifying complex problems and solutions.

  • Govern KPIs for Performance Transparency: Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in partnership with business units to ensure transparency accountability and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance Operations IT BI and RCM teams to identify performance gaps and implement improvements.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and internal consultant helping leaders scope prioritize and execute transformation projects.

  • Assessments inquisitive curiosity to learn and uncover root causes of ambiguous business situations through respectful questioning research and investigation.

  • Analysis synthesize research and data into strategic insights to deliver unbiased recommendations that challenge conventional wisdom.

  • Solutioning identify options and recommendations creating top-down structuring to prioritize projects based on value.

  • Value framework quantitative and qualitative cost benefit and return on investment models to prioritize efforts.

  • Program leadership hands-on ownership and accountability of initiatives.

  • Change management organizing work efforts for sustainable change by making the case for change defining success building capabilities and influencing others.

Operational & Digital Transformation

  • Lead through influence to ensure Transformation programs are resourced supported and delivered with cross-functional alignment.

  • Develop strategic framework to evaluate and prioritize key transformation projects.

  • Develop one single depositary of and track all key projects at RDB.

  • Identify and document current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows.

  • Support the adoption of new technologies including automation tools BI platforms and digital workflows.

Data-Driven Analysis

  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to analyze operational and financial data to uncover performance trends and areas for intervention.

  • Help identify opportunities to cancel or scale back underperforming initiatives while also uncovering new opportunities to meet or exceed targets.

  • Develop and track KPIs related to transformation initiatives driving accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights for executive-level reporting.

  • Connect long-term strategy to current and anticipated operational activities financial performance and capital structure. Enhance the planning process through tighter integration of long-range planning rolling forecasts and the annual budget. Support decision making processes through effective scenario what-if and sensitivity analysis.

Change Management

  • Design and deliver change management strategies that facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.

  • Create communication plans training materials and feedback loops to ensure sustainable implementation.

Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in management consulting corporate transformation business process improvement or operational excellence.

  • Extraordinary Excel and PPT skills are a must; including graphs and visualization in both Excel and PPT.

  • Problem-solving understand goals and objectives to craft approach.

  • Experience in a healthcare multi-site or private equity-backed environment is highly preferred.

  • Strong track record of independently managing cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and measurement.

  • Proficiency in process mapping KPI design and tools such as Excel PowerPoint Tableau/Power BI or process automation platforms.

  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across levelsfrom front-line operators to senior leadership.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations Finance or related field required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
