POSITION SUMMARY:Direct evaluate and provide leadership for the overall instructional programat the campus level. Provide leadership to ensurehigh standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies supervision of campus personnel educational welfare of students and safekeeping of school property.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Masters Degree
Experience: Minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience. Instructional leadership experience preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with professional colleagues parents and patrons in a fast-paced high-stress environment.
Decision-making Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify analyze and apply relevant data in making instructional
decisions.
Staff Development Skills: Evidence to support strong skills in leading teaching or training professional colleagues to disaggregatedata and implement data-driven decisions.
Team-building Skills: Evidence to support strong leadership skills and the ability to build a cohesive team.
Commitment to Lifelong
Learning: Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and continued personal growth.
Licenses/Other: Principal/Administrator certification or equivalent.
