ServiceNow Developer-Health & Safety Module Omaha NE USA
Not eligible for Corp2Corp
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must have Health & Safety Module(Certification is preferred) Nice to have Railway Domain
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design implementation and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNows Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IRE and CMDB.
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive CMDB strategy ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
-Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
-Optimize IRE processes to ensure efficient and accurate identification and reconciliation of Configuration Items (CIs).
-Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the ServiceNow development team.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
-Develop and maintain documentation for architecture integrations and best practices.
-Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements.
-Lead the implementation of ITAM (IT Asset Management) and its integration with Discovery and CMDB.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
-8 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
-ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB certification.
-ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
-Extensive experience with ServiceNow IRE CMDB and integration technologies.
-Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
-Proficiency in JavaScript AngularJS and web services (REST/SOAP).
-Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
-Proven experience in designing and implementing ITAM solutions in ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
-ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
-ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery.
-Experience with ServiceNow ITOM HRSD ITBM and CSM modules.
-Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with ServiceNow.
-Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Skills:
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Excellent communication and presentation abilities
-Leadership experience in guiding technical teams
-Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
-Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
-Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for large enterprises
-Expertise in ServiceNow performance optimization and scalability
