Job Description
The department of Literatures Languages and Performing Arts at Thompson Rivers University requires a sessional instructor to teach 1 section of Introduction to Acting (THTR 1210).
Instruction in THTR 1210 is a continuation of the work begun in Theatre 1110 and is intended to present the acting student with specific performance experiences that will allow the actor to use the techniques developed last semester. Work is done on vocal development and students will focus on the analysis and the development of the character for the stage. Working with a script the study of the actors role in the performance situation will be emphasized.
Requirements
M.F.A.(Theatre/ Performance) Required.
