About the Job
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. As a Community Mental Health Clinic our goal is to increase access and improve the quality of behavioral health services.
We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Peer Support to act as a mentor and guide to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges with insight gained from their own personal journey. Theyll model and promote positive health and wellness activities including self-management and coping skills.
Salary Range
$15.00-$20.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- Must have one continuous year as current or former recipient of mental health treatment
- Must hold an active Peer Support Specialist certification OR be eligible to obtain one
- Travel is a requirement of this position so a valid drivers license is required
