As a Cybersecurity Manager you will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive cyber security management system. An expert in Operational Technology (OT) you will ensure the secure design and deployment of safety-critical advanced rail signaling systems and collaborate with project teams leadership and external stakeholders to foster a culture of cybersecurity excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Activities - Responsible for the application of the TS 50701 and IEC 62443 standards in the development of the new Signaling Solutions installed onboard and/or wayside.
- Develop and maintain key security documentation such as Cybersecurity Management Plan Threat Landscape Zones and Conduits Definition Threat/Risk Analysis (TRA) Security Requirements & Compensating Controls Security Test Plans and Reports etc.
- Participate in the system architecture and design process alongside experts in homologation SW/HW development system testing and network engineering
- Guide security-by-design practices across all stages of system development from the Sales & Bid phase to validation.
- Provide cybersecurity input to RFPs proposals and customer meetings.
- Define scope risk exposure and mitigation plans related to cyber risk in early project phases.
- Act as a cybersecurity focal point across teams (engineering testing compliance quality)
- Interface with customers government agencies suppliers and assessors to align security practices clarify responsibilities and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of relevant in the cyber security field; rail industry experience is a plus.
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP CISM GICSP or IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert
