Job Description
Packing Operations: Supervise and execute blister packing bottle filling labeling and cartoning activities for tablets and capsules.
Machine Handling: Operate and troubleshoot blister cartonator labeler and bottle packing machines ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
In-Process Checks: Perform visual inspection weight checks batch coding verification and reconciliation of packing materials.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of Batch Packing Records (BPRs) logbooks and cleaning records as per data integrity and GMP guidelines.
Line Clearance & Changeover: Coordinate and ensure line clearance area and equipment readiness and proper changeover procedures.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to GMP safety standards and SOPs during packing operations.
Team Coordination: Guide and train trainees and operators and coordinate with QA and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
