About The Role:
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR Were looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join us on a 12-month FTC within our innovative Human Resources team and help drive an exciting HR Transformation program! In this role youll dive deep into key HR processes identifying opportunities for digitization optimization AI adoption and smart outsourcing. If you thrive on strategic thinking love leveraging technology like Workday and HRIT and are passionate about making a real impact we want to meet you!
Key Tasks:
Process Mapping and Analysis:
Partner with HR and HRIT to map and document all core and support HR processes.
Validate workflows and pain points with stakeholders.
Analyze HR processes to spot inefficiencies redundancies and gaps.
Create detailed process maps to support redesign and recommendations.
Use tools like Lucidchart to visually communicate process improvements.
Process Improvement and Transformation:
Partner with HR to implement process improvements that boost efficiency and employee experience focusing on digitization AI and outsourcing.
Use data-driven insights to recommend and prioritize changes.
Advise on process redesign tech adoption automation and outsourcing.
Ensure improvements align with HR strategies and timely project delivery.
Communicate across all levels to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
What Were Looking For:
25 years of relevant experience in business analysis process improvement within HRdepartment.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus).
Experience mapping and analyzing HR processes and workflows
Experience working with cross-functional teams especially HR and IT/HRIT
Previous experience in a global Tech organization is a plus
