About the role
Rabobanks Security & Control division part of the COO Domain is currently seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join our well-established team. Based in Sydney you will be part of a highly engaged IAM group that embraces a hybrid working model.
Top Role Accountabilities:
- Provide expert guidance & support to Rabobank staff on all aspects of Identity & Access Management (IAM) including the handling of access requests
- Support the review analysis & investigation of system security events related to IAM ensuring timely & accurate resolution
- Perform user security administration across the banks core business systems including maintaining application-level security creating & managing user profiles in line with established procedures & coordinating the removal of accounts no longer required
- Schedule & manage user access & profile recertification processes while maintaining comprehensive documentation & procedures for user administration
- Contribute to In Control & Governance services focusing on privileged user access system accounts & recertification activities
- Participate in IAM security enhancement initiatives & projects driving continuous improvement
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Ideally 23 years of hands-on experience in an Identity & Access Management (IAM) role
- Proficiency with Logical &/or Privileged Identity Management tools
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach & the confidence to engage effectively
- Sound analytical & problem-solving abilities across all levels of the bank
- A good understanding of security fundamentals & IAM principles
- Exposure to Active Directory or Microsoft Exchange is highly regarded
