Our St. Louis location has an opening for a Second Press Operator position. Successful candidates will have the following:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience operating printing press preferred
  • Experience with dry off-set preferred

Position Summary

The Second Press Operator operates and maintains a two-piece dry off-set printing press.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience operating printing press preferred
  • Experience with dry off-set preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong technical print knowledge.
  • Exceptional color vision.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work safely in press areas.
  • Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to follow direction and work individually or as part of a team.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to conceptualize and problem solve.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comply with all company standards policies procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Vision color vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Use hands to reach grasp handle and feel.
  • Effectively communicate.
  • Required to stand and walk for most of shift.
  • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $23/hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
