The Treasury Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and execution of the companys treasury operations including cash positioning liquidity management bank relationship maintenance and support for insurance and credit facilities. This role plays a critical function in ensuring efficient use of company cash supporting risk management through insurance coordination managing letters of credit and executing foreign exchange transactions in accordance with policy.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash positioning and manage short-term liquidity needs across domestic and international accounts.
- Ensure adequate funding for operations and execute internal transfers to optimize cash usage.
- Prepare and maintain the daily cash forecast and weekly cash flow projections.
- Manage and maintain banking relationships signatory authorities and online banking platform access.
- Oversee treasury controls and compliance ensuring adherence to internal policies and SOX requirements.
- Administer and review corporate bank account structures and fees.
- Coordinate the issuance amendment and cancellation of standby and commercial letters of credit.
- Liaise with internal teams and banks to support trade-related finance instruments.
- Support the companys insurance program by coordinating insurance renewals audits and claims as needed.
- Manage the issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for customers vendors or other stakeholders.
- Partner with legal and procurement to ensure contractual insurance requirements are met.
- Support treasury-related month-end close activities journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with audit requests and provide documentation related to treasury operations.
- Maintain documentation of treasury procedures and policies.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Accounting or Related Field; CTP or MBA is a plus
- 6 years of experience in Treasury or a Finance function with a multinational company
- Proficient with Google suite Excel banking portals TMS Bloomberg and SAP
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with precise attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Project management experience preferred
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara CA office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $134000 $202000
Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
