POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Bright Futures Home Visitation program works to build productive relationships with families and caregivers and other team members. This position supports high risk families by going into the home environment and supporting family growth infant care agency connection parenting needs health referrals and eating healthy. The home visitor will need to be able to actively listen engage with families in a respectful and collaborative manner. The work with other team members and report to the Principal and Director of the KPS Early Childhood Program.
