Job Description

Bloom is seeking two Assistant Teachers to start in June 2025. One teacher would be working with toddlers and the other with preschoolers. Both are full-time positions with the hours being 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. We are ideally looking for teachers who have experience working with children in a group setting. However if we find the right person who has that innate ability to connect with our young ones we are willing to provide someone with their first teaching experience!We offer five weeks of paid time off per year plus paid National holidays medical insurance options which include vision and dental a 401k with employer contribution after one year paid professional development opportunities and most importantly a joyful work is a Lifeways aligned nature inspired program wherein we care for children eighteen months to five years old. We have four classrooms: two toddler rooms and two preschool rooms each with low child to teacher ratios. We provide a holistic approach to nurturing our little ones spending the bulk of our time outdoors on our large grassy play yards.
