Are you a visionary technology leader with a passion for driving enterprise-wide transformation IQVIA is seeking a dynamicDirector of IT Strategy & Systems Managementto lead a high-performing team of managers and senior professionals. In this pivotal role you will shape and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with IQVIAs global business objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the functional strategy for IT systems and infrastructure ensuring alignment with IQVIAs long-term business goals.
- Team Management: Lead mentor and inspire a diverse organization of managers and senior-level professionals fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the design deployment and maintenance of enterprise systems ensuring consistency scalability and reliability across all platforms.
- Executive Collaboration: Influence and negotiate with senior leadership to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives and technology investments.
- Talent Development: Champion talent development by providing coaching career guidance and succession planning to build a future-ready IT organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of12 yearsin systems analysis and software development with at least5 years in a senior leadership rolemanaging cross-functional teams.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT solutions at scale.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture cloud technologies and digital transformation.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
