**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role ideally within insurance or financial services sectors.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite for advanced reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with business systems like PeopleSoft or insurance-focused platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Preferable: Knowledge in property and casualty insurance processes experience with Visio or Lucidchart and SQL proficiency.
