Description:
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
Nature of Role: Person will be working to document processes within the Heart Failure Division utilizing existing templates
This falls under Heart Failure Division/Operations/Continuous Improvement
Location: 30 S Keller Road Orlando FL-100 Percent Onsite
Top Skills Needed: 2 years of experience as a technical writer or document specialist organization strong time management strong communication in English critical thinking.
Writes a variety of technical articles reports brochures and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures. Relies on instruction and predefined guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Length of Contract: Until the end of the year w/ possible extension and/or conversion in the future based on performance
Manager looking to start selected candidate ASAP after screenings have cleared
* Interview Process: 1st will be a video conference could extend to a 2nd interview depending upon candidate
* Tools used to create documents are MS Salesforce and PPT- Someone that has previous Windchill experience a plus
* Process Flow: * Info is extracted from meetings documents provided and system for the creation of the documents; Document is created sent to Stakeholders for approval-
follow up is done with additional information/questions regarding any updates/changes if needed then uploaded when approved/completed.
*Must be detail oriented very organized and have the ability to multitask. Will be working on multiple documents at one time. Will also be utilizing multiple sites and systems.
* Good follow through required and excellent communication skills to ask qualifying/follow up questions regarding the various processes that are being documented.
* Education: Bachelors Degree Required

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Open Until the end of the year w/ possible extension and/or conversion in the future based on performance)

Nature of Role:

  • Person will be working to document processes within the Heart Failure Division utilizing existing templates
  • This associate will be working with various departments collaborating with managers and various other stakeholders and operational functions.
  • This falls under Heart Failure Division/Operations/Continuous Improvement
  • Tools used to create documents are MS Salesforce and PPT- Someone that has previous Windchill experience a plus
  • Process Flow: * Info is extracted from meetings documents provided and system for the creation of the documents; Document is created sent to Stakeholders for approval-
