Position Title: Business Development Manager/Relationship Officer
Reports to: Branch Head

Function: Gold Loan
Salary- 24k - 35k monthly
Notice Period- Immediate to 15days
JOB PURPOSE:
This position is accountable for driving growth of Gold Loan business through planning and execution of
sales strategy and marketing activities. The incumbent shall ensure customer service excellence with
high level of service standards.

Description
Overall responsibility of managing all gold
transactions business development
compliance collections and operations.
Achieving monthly revenue targets of gold
loan.
Ensuring business leads are generated
through micro marketing activities
Ensuring increase in customer footfall by
adding new customers and converting
existing customers through various channels
Responsible for meeting daily growth and
collection benchmarks across buckets
Assess risks review control effectiveness and
improve processes for better customer
experience as well as stronger risk management.

This position is responsible for all the regulatory and strategic requirement of LAG product for the
allocated branch
Responsible for maintaining a cordial environment at work

7. FRAMEWORKS BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: Define the nature of

any relevant financial sign-off authorities

8. QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Define the skills knowledge and experience specific to
the job in question (includes generic skills)
1. Bachelors Degree /masters degree will be preferred
2. 2 years of experience in Gold Loan sales
3. Good product and market knowledge
4. Self - efficient in delivering various process improvement projects
5. Seek opportunities to improve service processes minimize operational risk and reduce costs
