Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote Canada (Candidate must reside in Canada)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Canada. You will be responsible for managing scope timelines stakeholders and budgets while ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines resource plans and communication strategies.
- Manage project scope risks dependencies and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver status reports presentations and project documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Asana MS Project Trello).
- Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in specific industry if applicable e.g. SaaS healthcare fintech.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or digital transformation projects.
