We are looking for a highly capable and driven Supply Chain Business Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP SCM Teamcenter PLM and Coupa P2P & CCW to support supply chain procurement and contingent workforce processes for a leading enterprise client. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure systems align with business needs. This position is based in Mountain View CA with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams for supply chain procurement and workforce management solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP SCM Coupa and PLM systems.
- Provide functional support and enhancement recommendations for SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) focusing on procurement inventory and logistics processes.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams on Teamcenter PLM to improve product lifecycle processes and data governance.
- Drive end-to-end process optimization in Coupa P2P (Indirect Procurement) and Coupa CCW (Contingent Workforce) including approvals sourcing PO invoicing and contractor onboarding/offboarding.
- Support testing deployment and user training for system implementations and upgrades.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to master data workflows and integrations across systems.
- Ensure system and process compliance with procurement policies SOX requirements and audit standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Supply Chain Procurement and PLM systems.
- In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SCM.
- Experience working with Teamcenter PLM in support of product development and lifecycle management.
- Proficient in Coupa P2P and Coupa CCW modules; experience in configuring workflows procurement processes and contractor lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with procurement legal HR and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise environments with global procurement and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with indirect sourcing contract management and supplier onboarding processes.
- Experience integrating Coupa or Teamcenter with SAP is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid 3 days onsite in Mountain View CA and 2 days remote.
