Job Description
Job Summary:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Domain Knowledge of Stock Plan Services Tech (SPS) is primary and mandatory Typical functions within SPS
- Administration: Managing enrollment contributions and distributions of stock plan participants.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and tax implications.
- Education: Providing resources and guidance to employees on understanding their stock plan benefits and managing their shares.
- Technology: Utilizing platforms for recordkeeping reporting and participant access.
- Financial Reporting: Providing accurate financial reporting for both the company and employees.
- Proven experience in mainframe applications documenting processes workflows
- Proficiency in applications using programming languages like COBOL PL/I or Assembler
- Proficiency in Java Angular JS (11 12 and 14) Springboot Microservices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Understanding of domain-driven design and RESTful APIs.
- 8 - 10 years systems analysis experience; related work in software solutions definition/development is required.
- Confirmed experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
- Agile/Scrum experience is required.
- Strong data analysis skills including querying profiling and analyzing data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Evaluating design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality dependability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Agile team members to build comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches.
- Ensure complete acceptance test criteria is provided for all systems requirements.
- Produce and/or maintain system feature design documentation and user training and materials.
