Your mission:
Monitor all studio activities to ensure smooth compliant gameplay
Respond swiftly to table calls and resolve operational issues
Maintain high standards for live gaming sessions
Log discrepancies and report operational issues
Support Shift Managers CRO Specialists and Team Leaders in their daily functions
Stay updated on procedures rules and live game strategies
What you bring:
Native/fluent Turkish (C1) and fluent English (B2)
Minimum 1 year of experience in live or online casino operations
Solid understanding of gaming procedures and studio operations
Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office tools
Experience with control room or casino surveillance is a plus
Leadership experience or supervisory skills are beneficial
Educational background in operations management or a related field
