Job Description
Profile: Manager Investment Banking
A candidate should be Chartered Accountant.
1 to 2 year experience in investment banking with due diligence and financial modelling.
Drafting and preparation of Offer /IPO Documents.
Liasoning and coordination with clients intermediaries SEBI and stock exchanges.
Analyse the business model of the clients risks involved therein critical analysis of past financials.
Assisting in finalization of Restated Financial Statements of the clients.
Keeping the internal record/ MIS of the ongoing assignments.
Advisory to clients in relation to Direct Taxes Indirect Taxes FEMA Laws SEBI Regulations and
secretarial laws.
