Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and empathetic communication. You ll work closely with various departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently while contributing to continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries across multiple channels delivering prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate team or management when needed.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service processes and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about company products services and policies to provide accurate information and support.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction retention and loyalty.
  • Contribute to knowledge base materials and FAQ documentation for internal team use.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Communications or a related field.

  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to resolve problems with a customer-first mindset.

  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or customer support software is an advantage.

  • Capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to learn take initiative and contribute to team success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to product, marketing, and revenue growth plans in alignment with overall business objectives. Duties Conduct in-depth business analysis to uncover growth opportunities across markets, products, and customer segments. Monitor and evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Research competitor strategies, pricing models, and new product launches to maintain competitive advantage. Develop and recommend business growth strategies in collaboration with the leadership team. Identify, explore, and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and market reach. Assess and pursue new market opportunities, product ideas, and alternative revenue streams. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Provide strategic insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company goals. Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and growth strategies to senior management. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Strong analytical capabilities with a talent for turning insights into actionable strategies. In-depth understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive analysis. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
