The County of Washington Behavioral Health & Developmental Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of Mental Health Program Specialist to serve as our Child and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) Coordinator. In this role you will perform professional administrative work involving the review analysis evaluation monitoring and coordination of the Children and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) for Washington County. Your focus will include coordination of care for at-risk youth to meet the individualized needs of the child and family. Under the supervision of the Mental Health Program Director you will fulfill duties and responsibilities necessary to facilitate inter-agency meetings for children or adolescents who are involved in multiple service systems in order to assist in the development of a collaborative service plan follow-up with team members to assure implementation and provide ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of the service plan.
Additionally you will be providing technical assistance to contract and service providers; interpreting rules regulations policies and procedures; and providing advice regarding overall policies and program objectives.
