We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient store operations and ensuring each customer receives excellent service from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude strong communication skills and a passion for retail.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Greet customers and provide assistance with purchases
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Reconcile cash drawers and complete daily sales reports
Monitor inventory levels at checkout stations and notify supervisors as needed
Assist with store opening closing and restocking tasks
Uphold company standards for customer service professionalism and appearance
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a cashier or retail role preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle transactions efficiently
Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
